About Me
I was born and raised in Georgetown, Guyana; I have a passion for education and education policymaking. I believe in a safe space, and I am very enthusiastic about learning and helping students learn.
Education
I currently attend CUNY York College; I am an aspiring teacher majoring in Political Science with a minor in Education. I am expected to graduate fall of 2021.
Teaching Experience
I have been doing private tutoring for an eleventh grader in history and English. I have not had any formal tutoring or teaching experiences.
Interests
I am proficient in English and History. I feel more comfortable tutoring in those categories from K-12. I will also feel comfortable tutoring in mathematics for childhood math.
I love teaching and explaining science at every level!
